Any item can be returned to Allure Gems for repair. If the repair is a manufacturer’s defect, the repair will be at no charge. If the repair is requested, such as sizing, or necessary due to damage from the store or customer, you will be given a repair charge estimate for approval.

Please email allison@alluregemsllc.com with the Allure Gems style number, invoice number and date, and specific repair instructions, for an RA number and send the jewelry to the address below.

(Please note, the RA number might take up to 2 business days.)
