Each item is either In-Stock or Made-to-Order. In-stock items ship within two business days after your order. Made-to-Order items take approximately two-three weeks to create, and then ship to you. Check the product detail page once you’ve configured your jewelry to determine the approximate shipping date.
Currently, we ship to the 50 U.S. states via UPS, as well as military APO/FPO addresses via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
We offer both! We are proud to offer only ethically sourced, affordable lab grown diamonds on our website as well as the traditional mined diamond jewelry.
You have the option to cancel your order for any reason within the first 24-hours after placing it. However, once the 24-hour period has elapsed, cancellation may not be possible.

Any item may be returned to Allure Gems up to 30 days after receipt of the merchandise.
Please email allison@alluregemsllc.com with the Allure Gems style number, invoice number and date, and reason for return, to receive an RA number. Send the jewelry to the address below.
